1. Acceptance of conditions
By downloading, installing or using VTC PRO (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
2. User license
VTC PRO grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store usage rules.
This license does not authorize you to:
- copy, modify or distribute the Application;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
- use the Application for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Pro Subscription
VTC PRO offers a Pro subscription with automatic renewal, available in a monthly or annual plan. The subscription gives access to advanced features described in the Application.
Subscription information:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the expiry date.
- Renewal is billed within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
- No refunds are given for the current subscription period upon cancellation.
Prices are displayed in the Application and may vary depending on your region. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
4. User Content
The data you enter in the Application (income, addresses, parameters) remains yours. VTC PRO does not claim any ownership rights over this data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
5. Availability of the service
VTC PRO strives to ensure the availability of the Application, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Updates, maintenance or interruptions may occur without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VTC PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the Application, including loss of income or data.
The Application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
7. Apple Terms
The use of VTC PRO is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those of Apple, Apple's Terms shall control for those matters covered by App Store.
8. Privacy
The use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these conditions.
9. Changes
VTC PRO reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. In the event of a substantial modification, you will be informed via the Application or by e-mail. Continued use of the Application after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
