2. Data used
Depending on your use of the app, VTC PRO may process the following data:
- profile information entered in the app, such as name, company or email;
- saved addresses, such as home, work, favorite or pinned point;
- revenue entered manually by date and platform;
- price calculation parameters, such as price per kilometer and per minute;
- Pro subscription status provided by App Store;
- technical data necessary for the operation of the app.
3. Location
The app may request location access to display your location, fill in a departure address, or enhance trip-related features. You can refuse or withdraw this permission in the iOS settings.
4. Purposes
The data is used to provide the functions of VTC PRO: income tracking, trip calculations, favorite addresses, Pro access, user support, improvement of the experience and security of the app.
5. Preservation
The data entered in the app is retained as long as you keep it in the app or as long as your account/installation remains active. You can delete your data by clearing it in the app or uninstalling the app if it is stored locally.
6. Sharing with third parties
VTC PRO does not sell your personal data. Some features may rely on third-party services, such as Apple for App Store and in-app purchases, or weather data services, maps, events and partner offers. These services may apply their own privacy policies.
7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
VTC PRO can offer an automatically renewable Pro subscription via App Store. Subscription payments, renewal, cancellation, and management are processed by Apple under the terms of your Apple account.
VTC PRO does not collect or store your payment information, such as your credit card number. The app may only use information necessary to check your subscription status, restore your purchases, and enable Pro features.

8. Affiliate links
The Offers page may contain affiliate links. If you click on a partner offer, you leave VTC PRO and the partner site may collect data according to its own rules.
9. Security
VTC PRO uses reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. However, no system is completely free of risk.
10. Your rights
In accordance with RGPD, you may request access, rectification, erasure, limitation or opposition to the processing of your data, where these rights apply. Contact : support@vtcpro.app.
If you believe that your rights are not respected, you can contact the competent authority, in particular the CNIL in France.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect developments in the app, services used or legal obligations. The update date will be changed accordingly.
